Cancellation Policy
You have the flexibility to cancel your custom-made skin order before it has been dispatched. If you wish to alter or cancel your already paid order, please contact us promptly within 12 hours. Once we initiate the packaging and shipping process, we regret that cancellation will not be possible.

Refund Policy
At ConsoleSkinShop.com, we are dedicated to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our custom-made skins. You are eligible for a refund or reshipment under the following circumstances:
- Your custom-made skin does not arrive within the guaranteed timeframe of 30 days (excluding the 2-5 day processing period).
- The item you received is not what you ordered.
However, refunds will not be issued in situations where:
- The non-arrival of your order is due to factors within your control (such as providing an incorrect shipping address).In this case, we will resend Your package to a newly provided correct shipping address.
- Your order is delayed or lost due to external factors beyond our control (for example, customs clearance delays or natural disasters).

Return Policy
Given the bespoke nature of our custom-made skins, returns are subject to certain conditions. You have the right to return the skins within 30 days of receipt if:
- The skin was not delivered within the agreed 30-day delivery period.
- The skin arrived damaged.
- The skin you received is not as described.
Please note, that items must be returned in their original, unused condition, including all original packaging.
To process a return, we ask that you submit a request through our contact form.
If the item you receive differs from what was ordered, you qualify for a free return. We will provide a return shipping label for such instances.
